Delivery
Free UK mainland delivery
Delivery is free on every order to UK mainland addresses. Most orders arrive within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Everything is sent from UK stock.
How it works
- We work with trusted UK suppliers who send your order directly from their UK warehouses.
- If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
- Larger items, such as crates, cat trees and aviaries, are sent by courier and may need a signature. Most arrive flat-packed and need assembly.
- We'll email you a tracking link once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
Areas we deliver to
- England, Wales and mainland Scotland: free, 3-5 working days.
- Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland: Delivery is available, but it may cost extra or take longer. Some of our suppliers charge extra or take longer for these areas. If that applies to your order, we'll contact you before we dispatch it.
- Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey) and outside the UK: we can't deliver to these areas at the moment.
Delays and missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, please email info@pawsandnest.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it for you. Under UK law, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you've named.
Damaged on arrival?
Please email us within 48 hours if you can, with your order number and a photo of the damage and the packaging. This helps us sort it out faster, but it doesn't affect your legal rights. See our Returns & Refunds page.
